Carla's career is indeed multifaceted, but the element that connects each specialisation is COMMUNICATION. Copy Up! is Carla's newest venture and was born out of her love of language, writing and all things creative. No stranger to using her voice, Carla is a professional Voice Over Artist and has voiced all manner of copy from radio and television advertising to E-Learners and Explainer videos for many happy clients. Carla also operates a successful Vocal Coaching business Carla Jane McCallum Vocal Studio, predominately working with early career professional Musical Theatre performers. An avid animal lover and wildlife warrior, Carla also moonlights as a Presenter at Melbourne Zoo... her most surprising career pivot to date! Copywriting allows Carla to bring together her expertise in finding the voice and tone for each story that needs to be told, in a way that is fresh, impactful and authentic to the brand and desired messaging. At the core of successful communication is connection and Carla's strength is knowing how to create a connection with every audience and bring them on the journey...  with a little sparkle of course!
